ok so this may be one of the last blogs as the semester comes to a close. I have finalised my presentation format; a newspaper spreadsheet. The felt the idea of a poster was a bit dry and didn’t get my idea across as effectively. I will collate my research on biopolymers, ecosystems, and waste management and present it in the form of newspaper articles. Each article will address an issue relating to bioplastic products and sustainability in the future. I will create a scenario in the year 2013 where the Australian government has legalised the dumping of bioplastic material into the ocean.
Definition~ “A Message conveyed in order to support and spread a particular opinion or point of view, engaging both the intellect and the emotions of the audience.” Its funny (and scary) because I found that definition under ‘marketing’ and ‘propaganda’. The media and newspapers use this technique in catchy headings and imagery on the front page. I will use this same technique, however I’ll try and leave out any false information. Muwhahaha
P.S. Hopefully I can get my hands on some edible bioplastic to bring to class next week. Peace
